Job summary

Switch Car Rental in Wembley is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers with renting, returning, and resolving issues, delivering a positive rental experience throughout the journey.

Location Wembley. Full-time 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, with Saturday mornings on a rota). Salary £27,545.76 per annum. Excellent communication, strong administrative and computer skills, and a full driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, email, databases).
• Full driving license held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Identify and exceed customer requirements
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed daily
• Coordinate and facilitate the delivery and collection of rental vehicles to and from designated locations
• Efficiently manage the rental process, including verifying customer information, processing payments and accurately completing rental agreements
• Maintain a full understanding of retail rental procedures
• Consistently comply with the Switch process’
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Develop in-depth knowledge of each product to maximize customer experience and identify incremental sales opportunities
• Work within Service Level Agreements to ensure the branch meets all its KPI objectives
• Undertake additional duties at the request of your line manager, which may include driving and cleaning vehicles, depending on company requirements
