Switch Car Rental in Exeter is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers with renting, returning, and resolving issues across the rental journey. Your strong communication and attention to detail will ensure a smooth experience for every customer.

The role includes processing payments, completing rental agreements, coordinating vehicle deliveries and collections, and handling calls and emails while meeting KPI targets. This is a full-time position in Exeter.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• A full driving license (held for at least 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Identify and exceed customer requirements.
• Coordinate delivery and collection of rental vehicles.
• Verify customer information and complete rental agreements.
• Handle payments and process invoices.
• Maintain knowledge of retail rental procedures.
• Respond to phone calls and emails.
• Work to KPIs and service level agreements.
• Assist with driving and vehicle cleaning as needed.
