Job summary

JCT600 Ltd is seeking a Car Park Host for Audi Sheffield. You will welcome customers, help them park, and direct them to the right place, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment outside the showroom.

You will handle parking duties in all weather, assist with belongings, and coordinate pre-booked arrivals. A full UK driving licence is required, and you’ll work as part of a team to deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and visitors and guiding them to parking.
• Monitor the car park and ensure spaces are available for customers.
• Keep entrances and parking areas tidy and well presented.
• Assist with belongings when required.
• Plan for pre-booked appointments and expected visitors to smooth arrivals.
• Respond to enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Communicate regularly with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience.

At JCT600, our Car Park Hosts help create a great first impression for every customer and visitor, helping them park with ease and providing a warm, enthusiastic welcome from the moment they arrive.

Your Day To Day Will Include

• Welcoming customers and visitors, helping them find suitable parking and directing them to the right place.
• Monitoring the car park and allocated parking bays to keep spaces available for customers and visitors.
• Keeping the customer entrance and parking areas tidy and well presented.
• Offering assistance with personal belongings where required.
• Planning ahead for pre-booked appointments and expected visitors to help arrivals run smoothly.
• Responding to customer enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Communicating regularly with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing approach and confidence in welcoming customers face to face.
• The ability to remain calm, professional and polite in challenging situations.
• A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to use your own initiative.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
