Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Capacity Planning Co-ordinator for the Access, Booking and Choice team at Royal Bolton Hospital. You will oversee day-to-day capacity management, balance inpatient/outpatient demand with urgent workloads, and lead a capable team to meet local and national access targets.

The role requires knowledge of capacity and demand management, staff management experience, and excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operational management of designated specialties.
• Line manage Inpatient/Outpatient Facilitators and Booking Coordinators.
• Ensure staffing and resources are supported and staff redeployed to meet service needs.
• Meet with Business Support Manager/Clinical Managers to flag capacity and demand issues.
• Lead and manage teams in line with Trust policy and protocols.
