Qualifications

• Registered Prescribing Pharmacist (IP).
• Post registration experience within a clinical setting.
• Experience with research, audit processes, and clinical protocols.
• Knowledgeable in cannabis treatment assessment and management.
• Ability to coordinate programmes of care.

Responsibilities

• Support patients from initial enquiry to ongoing management.
• Evaluate and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Attend Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings.
• Provide clinical advice regarding cannabis management.
