Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator to lead the entire candidate journey from first contact through onboarding. You will balance high-volume scheduling with candidate care, host onsite or virtual interview days, and design authentic communications aligned with our values.

You’ll champion data integrity in Greenhouse, oversee onboarding checks, and collaborate across teams to drive efficient, bias-free processes.

Qualifications

Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong focus on candidate experience and relationship management throughout recruitment.
Data-driven approach using online calendars and reporting to ensure clean data.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaison with stakeholders.
Experience coordinating across multiple time zones.
Ability to learn complex systems and improve processes.

Responsibilities

Own the Candidate Experience Architecture, acting as a primary point of contact and coordinating onsite or virtual interview days.
Humanise communications and design authentic templates while handling empathy in early-stage rejections.
Orchestrate complex, interdisciplinary interview loops across time zones with efficiency.
Be a Data Guardian for our ATS (Greenhouse) and oversee onboarding operations and compliance.
