Job summary

Greenhouse Software, Inc. is seeking an organised, proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team and provide day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, development and engagement.

This hands-on role works with employees, managers, candidates and external providers; you’ll help manage priorities, learn quickly, and grow into greater ownership as your knowledge and confidence develop.

Qualifications

• Previous HR administration/coordination experience.
• Good understanding of core HR processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication with employees, managers and external stakeholders.
• Experience using HR systems and handling people data.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership.
• CIPD qualification or working towards one.
• Experience with HRIS such as HiBob.
• Recruitment and/or recruitment agency experience.
• Experience with BPSS or other pre-employment screening.
• Experience in a regulated environment such as engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: coordinate vacancies through to offer and checks, advertise vacancies, manage communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• HR operations & employee support: provide first-line HR support, manage lifecycle processes including probation and leavers, BPSS tracking, and routine documentation.
• HR systems & reporting: act as HiBob superuser, maintain data accuracy, support monthly reporting, and identify process improvements.
• Learning & early careers: coordinate training, maintain records, support apprenticeships, graduates and relationships with schools, and manage benefits platform administration.
