Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced growth environment. You will manage interview scheduling, coordinate across teams and time zones, and assist candidates with travel and onsite logistics in Dublin.

You will collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a seamless candidate experience and drive process improvements across the recruitment workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar administrative role at a fast-paced company.
• Strong verbal and written communication with emphasis on customer service and internal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from receipt of scheduling request to conclusion of interview process.
• Process requests across teams, timezones, and locations.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel accommodations.
• Update candidate records and manage interview coordination in Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
• Navigate interviewers’ complex schedules and support interviewers with executive assistants.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Identify bottlenecks to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Greet candidates, facilitate onsite interviews, and ensure a professional experience.
• Build relationships with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers, and coordination team.
• Contribute to team development through onboarding support and participation in meetings.
