A local health organization in Basildon is seeking a motivated Patient Pathway Tracker to efficiently manage cancer patients' journeys through referral to treatment. This hybrid position requires excellent communication and attention to detail, using various hospital IT systems to monitor and report progress. Ideal candidates will demonstrate commitment to teamwork and an understanding of cancer care pathways. Applications are welcome until 25 Nov 2025.

The Patient Pathway Tracker will work within the central cancer team and is responsible for the timely tracking of cancer patients through referral, diagnosis and treatment. You will use various IT systems, be expected to understand the national and local targets affecting Cancer Access and be able to manage pathways efficiently in accordance with these timescales.
You may be expected to assist the MDT Coordinators, Clinical Teams, Cancer Managers and other divisional managers to ensure that the specialty is able to deliver safe and effective services for patients. You should have a keen eye for detail, be able to enter data accurately onto the relevant hospital systems and ensure patient records are kept up to date at all times.
This is a hybrid working role and you will be required to work from home and onsite.
