Job summary

The Royal Marsden is seeking a proactive MDT Navigator to coordinate multidisciplinary meetings, manage patient data, and support NHS target timelines. You will work with referring trusts and internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely clinical decisions are recorded.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with patient data management and cancer pathways is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer skills.
• Strong presentation skills are required.
• Typing skills: audiotyping and copy-typing (≥30 wpm).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MDT meetings and ensure agenda and materials are available for discussion.
• Manage patient tracking and NHS pathway targets within the MDT context.
• Support documentation and communication, ensuring timely recording of clinical decisions.
• Liaise with referring trusts and NHS organisations to monitor patient pathways and data quality.
