Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MDT meetings to ensure they are well run and all patients are discussed.
• Create circulation lists for MDT meetings in advance.
• Attend MDT meetings and facilitate as needed using video conferencing equipment.
• Distribute MDT outcomes to relevant staff and ensure accurate recording on CWP.
• Report on patient pathway progress to clinicians during meetings for informed decisions.
