Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT Navigator to coordinate multi-disciplinary team meetings and manage patient pathways. You will support meeting scheduling, documentation, and timely sharing of information with referring trusts to help ensure patients receive timely cancer care and adhere to NHS targets.

• Experience in healthcare administration or NHS setting.
• Understanding of NHS waiting time targets and cancer pathways is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MDT meetings with clinical leads, ensuring timely scheduling and participation.
• Assist with documentation, attendance records, and recording clinical decisions within 24 hours of discussion.
• Manage patient tracking and data updates across RMH databases and sharing with referring organisations.
• Support service managers in developing datasets and generating timely reports for clinical decision-making.
