The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic MDT Navigator to coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings and provide essential administrative support. You will manage patient data, track NHS pathways, and contribute to service improvements to support timely treatment.

Based in London at a leading cancer centre, the role requires strong organisational and communication skills, knowledge of cancer pathways, and experience with clinical data management. Fixed-term 12 months.

Qualifications

• Good academic standard or equivalent (administrative experience).
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Understanding of cancer waiting times.
• Understanding of cancer care.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate MDT meetings and ensure timely scheduling.
• Manage and update patient data and NHS pathways in RMH systems.
• Prepare documentation for MDT discussions and record clinical decisions within 24 hours.
• Arrange virtual and in-person meetings and resolve any technical issues.
• Track patients with NHS numbers and communicate targets during meetings.
