Job summary

Warwick Hospital MDT Facilitator role sits within Cancer Services at the South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, supporting the multi-disciplinary team. The post combines office and home working on an agile basis with cross-site travel between Warwick and Stratford hospitals.

Qualifications

• GCSE English at grade 4–9 or equivalent.
• Level 3 Business Administration NVQ or equivalent.
• Specialist knowledge or experience in cancer services.
• Computer literate with training in Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate MDT meetings so they run effectively and patient pathways progress.
• Collate and analyse clinical information from multiple systems and track pathways.
• Prepare meeting packs by collating pathology and radiology material.
• Organise MDT documentation, notify members and coordinate diaries/venues.
• Record meeting decisions and circulate outcomes and actions.
• Prepare typed treatment plans and arrange next appointments.
