Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT Coordinator to support multidisciplinary team meetings, track cancer waiting times, and ensure timely patient pathways. You will enter and verify data across Cancer Management systems, coordinate documentation, and liaise with clinicians and departments to maintain smooth workflows.

The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, facilitation of weekly MDT meetings, and maintaining compliant data practices within NHS cancer targets

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary meetings and data entry.
• Knowledge of NHS Cancer Waiting Times targets and data systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate MDT meetings and record outcomes in the Cancer Management system.
• Maintain cancer waiting times data and national datasets.
• Support site-specific data collection and audits.
• Liaise with departments to ensure timely patient pathways.
• Maintain attendance lists and action follow-ups.
• Train and support MDT users on the Cancer Management system.
