NHS Jobs in Warwick seeks a Staff / Resource Manager to lead a team responsible for recruitment, induction, cancer waiting times training and staff welfare. You will coordinate annual leave, sickness, performance reviews, PDR and disciplinary matters, using Health Roster for approvals.

The role includes collaborating with the Cancer Services General Manager for weekly planning and MDT support to ensure timely cancer care.

• Experience in staff management and HR processes within healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team responsible for recruitment, induction, cancer waiting times training and staff annual leave, sickness, performance reviews, PDR and disciplinary issues.
• Use Health Roster to approve staff requests and ensure MDT support is maintained.
• Lead weekly planning with the Cancer Services General Manager to plan cover and ensure data accuracy across pathways.
• Monitor costs and adhere to departmental budget in collaboration with the Cancer Services Manager.
