The position suits an experienced Senior Shift Engineer / Critical Shift Engineer looking to step into a leadership role on one of London’s most technically advanced commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end commercial, banking, corporate HQ or data centre environment.
• Strong leadership aspiration with hands-on engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the engineering team
• Maintain critical M&E infrastructure
• UPS, generators, LV distribution, BMS, HVAC and cooling systems
• Switching, isolations and permits
• Contractor supervision
• Incident response and technical escalation
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Support safe systems of work and site compliance
