GH Engage Limited is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a high-profile critical engineering team in East London. The role focuses on leading hands-on engineers while maintaining essential M&E infrastructure in a state-of-the-art commercial building.

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Senior/Shift Engineer in critical environments such as data centres, banks, or HQ sites, and is ready for more responsibility with clear progression into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in a critical engineering environment.
• Experience as a Senior/Lead Shift Engineer or equivalent role.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team on a high-stakes site.

• Switching, isolations and permits

I'm recruiting for a Shift Lead to join a high-profile critical engineering team within a state-of-the-art commercial building in East London.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Senior Shift Engineer / Critical Shift Engineer looking to step into a leadership role on one of London's most technically advanced commercial sites.

Package:

• £60,000-£65,000

The role:
