GH Engage Limited is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a high-profile critical engineering team in East London. The role focuses on leading hands-on engineers while maintaining essential M&E infrastructure in a state-of-the-art commercial building.

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Senior/Shift Engineer in critical environments such as data centres, banks, or HQ sites, and is ready for more responsibility with clear progression into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in a critical engineering environment.
• Experience as a Senior/Lead Shift Engineer or equivalent role.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team on a high-stakes site.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the engineering team
• Maintain critical M&E infrastructure
• UPS, generators, LV distribution, BMS, HVAC and cooling systems
• Switching, isolations and permits
• Contractor supervision
• Incident response and technical escalation
• PPM and reactive maintenance
• Support safe systems of work and site compliance
