Job summary

R&A Consultants Ltd is recruiting for an electrically biased M&E Shift Technician to join a prestigious commercial environment in Canary Wharf, London. You will maintain building services across the site, with a continental shift pattern and a salary up to £57,000 per year.

The role offers fast-track progression toward an Assistant Shift Lead, with excellent training and development opportunities and healthcare after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial FM or building services.
• Electrical bias preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical building services.
• Proactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the building
• Maintaining electrical and mechanical building services
• Responding to breakdowns and ensuring faults are resolved efficiently
• Supporting the wider engineering team with day-to-day site operations
• Ensuring maintenance is completed safely and in line with site procedures
• Assisting with the smooth running of the shift and building services
• Working towards progression into an Assistant Shift Lead position
