Job summary

University of Leeds campus-based role with flexible working options. You will deliver a high quality front line reception service, undertake maintenance tasks and site audits, and supervise external contractors as required. A 35-hour week across 5 days is typical to meet business needs.

You should have proven front-line customer service experience, strong IT and communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic residential environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a front-line customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality front line reception service to customers.
