AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Support Technician to provide on-site helpdesk support at client sites. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, configure devices, and guide users on university technology resources with a focus on customer service.

Work closely with the Global Helpdesk and ITS teams. The role emphasizes face-to-face support, knowledge-base updates, and training activities in a university environment, with the opportunity to expand skills in cybersecurity awareness and

Qualifications

• Experience in L1/L2 IT support with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in high-education IT environments is a plus.
• Familiar with Windows/macOS, AD, MFA, and cloud/Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face technical support on campus for faculty, staff, and students.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and account access issues.
• Configure devices and university systems, and guide users on resources.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when needed.
