Job summary

British Study Centres Ltd is seeking Maintenance Officers to join our Estates and Facilities team across UK sites. You will perform repairs, routine safety checks and ensure secure, well-maintained environments for staff and learners, with emphasis on health and safety and accurate record-keeping.

The role covers minor decorating, portering, responding to maintenance issues, and supporting on-site operations from site to site, including driving between campuses and maintaining vehicles and

Qualifications

• General repairs and maintenance to fixtures, fittings and equipment.
• Undertake minor redecoration and general caretaking duties.
• Carry out regular checks of buildings, grounds, toilets and communal areas.
• Record routine compliance checks, including fire alarms, water systems and emergency lighting.
• Identify hazards, defects and maintenance issues and report to the Facilities Supervisor.
• Receive and safely transport deliveries, equipment and materials between College sites.

Responsibilities
