Morgan Hunt currently requires a Maintenance Facilities Operative for FE College - East London. The role supports the Facilities Manager to keep the premises safe, clean, and presentable, and undertakes basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry. Cross-campus deliveries are required, with a DBS certificate essential.

Location: East London. Hours: 35 hrs, 8am to 16:00pm, Mon to Fri. Pay rate: £18ph to £20ph PAYE. Duration: 3 months on-going contract.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
• Willingness to undertake role-related training, including health & safety, safeguarding, and facilities procedures.
• Relevant facilities, caretaking, or health & safety training.

Responsabilités

• Support the Facilities Manager to keep the premises safe, clean and presentable.
• Undertake basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.
• Complete cross-campus deliveries.
