Job summary

A leading education provider in the UK seeks a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain and refurbish facilities across their campuses. The role involves preventative and reactive maintenance, requiring flexibility and travel to multiple locations. Candidates must have relevant electrical certifications and experience in building maintenance. Qualifications

• Must possess 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across GBS estates.
• Monitor the condition of GBS buildings and undertake repairs.
• Assist in the planning of refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach to work

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Strong interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving Licence
