• Manage documentation and inventory relating to maintenance work.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

Electrical Installations (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)

Building maintenance experience including M&E systems

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach to work

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
