Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification required.
• Experience in building maintenance, particularly M&E systems.
• Clean Driving License is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install fabric and equipment across the UK estates.
• Undertake repairs and renovations in GBS buildings.
• Assist in the planning of refurbishment projects.
