Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking a Campaigns Lead (Senior Manager) to own the campaign engine across the firm's marketing. Based in the UK with hybrid working and occasional travel to London, you will turn campaign requests into qualified briefs, prioritise workload and drive measurable commercial impact.

You will lead a team of around eight people, collaborate with Digital Marketing, Events, Content and CRM, and develop AI-assisted briefing tools while upholding responsible AI use.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a multi-channel campaign function at a senior level.
• Experience turning ambiguous business asks into scoped briefs quickly.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience using a CRM/reporting platform, ideally Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into scoped, qualified campaign briefs with measurable objectives.
• Own and evolve the campaign framework across multiple campaign types.
• Maintain governance from brief to close and lead post‑campaign reviews.
