Job summary

Alexander Dennis seeks a Campaign Coordinator to drive campaign activities from setup to completion. You will create and maintain records in Syncron, raise service and purchase orders, and ensure documentation is controlled and up to date.

Collaborating with Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and factory teams, you’ll coordinate material requirements, monitor progress and deliver timely updates. You’ll also support financial admin by matching orders and invoices.

Qualifications

• You’ll be confident working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to handle service orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Experience using Syncron or similar service/campaign systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign activities from initial setup through to completion.
• Create and maintain campaign records in Syncron and raise POs/SOs; ensure documents are controlled.
• Coordinate material requirements with Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and factory teams.
• Monitor progress, gather updates and provide visibility of timelines and completion status.
• Maintain trackers, planners and reports; support financial administration by matching orders and invoices.
