Job summary

Alexander Dennis is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to orchestrate campaigns across UK sites. You will manage campaign records, raise and track orders, and collaborate with field engineers and suppliers to hit schedule targets.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping in Syncron or similar systems and strong MS Office skills, with experience in campaign management considered advantageous. A customer-focused, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campaigns and maintaining records.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling service orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Experience with Syncron or similar service/campaign management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign activities from setup to completion and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain master trackers, progress planners and campaign reports for visibility on performance, timelines and status.
• Support financial administration by matching purchase orders, invoices and service orders.
