Job summary

Alexander Dennis is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to lead coordination of campaign activities from setup to completion. You will raise service orders and purchase orders, maintain campaign records in Syncron, and ensure all documentation is controlled and up to date.

You will work with Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and factory teams to track material needs, monitor progress, and deliver on schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Syncron are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campaigns or projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple records.
• Able to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain campaign records in Syncron.
• Raise service orders and purchase orders; ensure documentation is controlled.
• Coordinate material requirements and monitor progress to meet targets.
• Maintain trackers and campaign reports; provide visibility on timelines.
• Match purchase orders, invoices and service orders for financial admin.
