Job summary

Alexander Dennis Limited is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to lead the coordination of campaigns from setup through successful completion. You will create and maintain campaign records within Syncron, raise service and purchase orders, and ensure all documentation is accurately controlled and up to date.

You will work closely with Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and factory teams to coordinate material requirements, monitor progress, and provide clear updates on timelines and

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign activities from setup to completion.
• Create and maintain accurate campaign records in Syncron.
• Raise service orders and purchase orders; ensure documentation is controlled.
• Coordinate material requirements with Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and factory teams.
• Monitor progress; gather updates; maintain trackers, progress planners and campaign reports.
• Support financial administration by matching purchase orders, invoices and service orders.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and use Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Syncron or similar service, warranty, workflow or campaign management is advantageous.
• Experience in engineering, automotive, manufacturing, bus/coach or field operations is beneficial.
