Job summary

Alexander Dennis is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to drive campaigns from setup to completion. You will create and maintain records in Syncron, issue service and purchase orders, and ensure documentation is controlled and current.

You will work with Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and factory teams to coordinate material needs, monitor progress, and report on performance and timelines. Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with campaign systems are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, automotive, manufacturing, bus and coach, or field operations is beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using Syncron or similar service, warranty, or campaign management system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign activities from setup through to completion.
• Create and maintain campaign records in Syncron; raise service orders and purchase orders.
• Ensure all campaign documentation is controlled and up to date.
• Coordinate material requirements with Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and factory teams.
• Monitor campaign progress and gather updates to meet targets on schedule.
• Maintain master trackers, progress planners and campaign reports for visibility.
• Support financial administration by matching purchase orders, invoices and service orders.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
