Job summary

Alexander Dennis is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to drive and manage campaigns from initial setup through successful completion. You will work with Field Service Engineers, suppliers and factory teams to align material requirements and timelines.

The role requires maintaining accurate records, coordinating orders, and providing timely updates on campaign progress and performance. Experience with campaign systems and strong Office skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating campaigns from setup through completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage service and purchase orders.
• Familiarity with campaign management systems (e.g., Syncron) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign activities from setup to completion.
• Raise service orders and purchase orders, ensure documentation is up to date.
• Monitor campaign progress, maintain trackers and reports for visibility.
• Support financial administration by matching invoices and orders.
