Job summary

Alexander Dennis is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to drive campaign activities from initial setup to successful completion. You will coordinate with Field Service Engineers, contractors and suppliers, manage material needs and maintain comprehensive campaign records in Syncron.

The role involves working with multiple teams to monitor progress, produce master trackers and reports, and support financial admin such as matching orders and invoices.

Qualifications

• Coordinate campaign activities from setup through completion.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers, contractors, suppliers and factory teams to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material requirements with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and maintain trackers, progress planners and reports.
• Support financial administration by matching purchase orders, invoices and service orders.
