Job summary

Aspire is seeking a Senior Programmatic Manager in London with a strong background in programmatic delivery. You will own end-to-end campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across multiple advertisers, while collaborating with senior stakeholders on strategy and testing opportunities.

You will mentor junior teammates and contribute to wider business initiatives, with exposure to client-facing work in a growing digital media business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on programmatic experience.
• Experience with platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360 and/or StackAdapt.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimisation, audience targeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across multiple advertisers.
• Take ownership of campaign delivery and performance against key objectives.
• Analyse campaign data and produce insightful post-campaign reports with clear recommendations.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and campaign structures across leading DSPs.
• Collaborate with commercial and account management teams on client briefs and project delivery.
• Support Test & Learn initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation across accounts.
• Contribute to internal meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team where required.
