Job summary

The Marketing Lounge Partnership in the United Kingdom seeks a Client Services Executive to support end-to-end delivery of client campaigns. You will maintain internal systems, support client interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

You will monitor performance data, provide insights for reporting, and proactively identify delivery risks while adhering to MLP processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update documentation to support campaign delivery; attend calls and keep systems current.
• Deliver assigned campaign actions accurately and on time in collaboration with the Client Services Manager/Director and internal teams.
• Review MI and campaign performance data to provide insights for client reporting.
• Monitor and escalate delivery risks or blockers, including stock constraints and technical dependencies.
• Contribute to improving campaign journeys and MLP processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build knowledge of campaign infrastructure, including tracking requirements and compliance dependencies.
