Job summary

LMG is seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to act as the central link between clients, service delivery teams, and the wider LMG organisation. You will ensure clients realise maximum value from Maintenance & Support, from digital commissioning during project installation through to live operational support.

You will combine proactive client engagement with governance, performance management, and effective communication to deliver a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths or English.
• Three A levels (A*-C) or 240 UCAS points.
• Degree in Business Management, Operations, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• ITIL Foundation Certification (or working towards).
• PRINCE2 Foundation / APM PFQ or equivalent project coordination cert.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service requests, incidents, and escalations per SLAs.
• Escalation point for complex/high-priority issues and maintain client trust.
• Coordinate resources with Service Desk, Engineering, Project, and Ops teams.
• Maximise Service Engineer utilisation aligned with client and business needs.
• Prepare and coordinate accurate quotations for time‑and‑materials work.
