Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of online creative materials to meet campaign deadlines.
• Build relationships with advertisers to support campaigns.
• Communicate campaign status with sales, CS, and product ops teams.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
• Provide order status and performance updates to sales reps.
• Ensure revenue forecasting and recognition weekly.
• Set up auto-reporting and client reporting deliveries.
• Process campaign changes with sales and clients, manage expectations.
• Secure proof of delivery and month-end close tasks.
