You will provide line management and clinical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, support supervision, and ensure alignment with Trust policies and clinical pathways.

Responsabilidades

• Line management of a multi-disciplinary team within CAMHS Care Hub
• Provide clinical leadership and development to the team
• Oversee supervision for clinicians delivering assessments and interventions
• Ensure day-to-day organisation of staff and work priorities
• Manage patient flow considering capacity and demand within the team
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to prioritise work allocation
• Lead in line with Trust policies, procedures and values
