Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust CAMHS is recruiting an Operational Manager to lead the service in HMR. You will steer daily clinical delivery, ensure patient outcomes and workforce targets, and work with a broad team of clinicians and professionals to deliver high-quality care within budget.

You will be mentored by senior CAMHS leadership, driving service development with a focus on partnership with children, young people and families, and contribute to national priorities and performance

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to improve services and meet targets
• Clinical and management supervisory skills

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day delivery of CAMHS clinical services within budget and national targets
• Provide professional leadership and supervision to CAMHS staff
