Job summary

Qualifications

• Professionally registered qualification with current registration with NMC, Social Work England or HCPC.
• Management or leadership qualification, or training for supervision and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management and clinical leadership to the CAMHS Care Hub multi-disciplinary team.
• Lead in accordance with Trust policies, procedures, and values.
• Be accountable to Operations Manager for team performance and quality of work.
• Oversee supervision for staff undertaking clinical interventions and managing caseloads.
• Provide clinical support and leadership to the team alongside clinical leaders.
