Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a CAMHS Team Manager to cover maternity leave across the CAMHS Care Hub. The role involves line management and clinical leadership of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality interventions and services.

You will drive clinical pathways, supervise staff, and collaborate with clinical leaders to prioritise work while upholding governance and trust policies.

Qualifications

• Professionally registered qualification with current registration with NMC, Social Work England or HCPC
• Management or leadership qualification, or training for supervision and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management and clinical leadership to an identified team within the CAMHS Care Hub.
• Lead in accordance with trust policies, procedures and values to ensure effective service delivery of clinical pathways.
• Be accountable for performance management and quality of the team's work, including supervision for clinical interventions.
• Support clinical leaders and manage team supervision and workload prioritisation.
