Responsibilities

Lead CAMHS inpatient service and acute care pathway across Greater Manchester.
Drive service improvement, innovation and transformation aligned with priorities.
Provide inclusive leadership to nursing, therapy, medical and admin teams.
Ensure high standards of quality, clinical governance and patient experience.
Lead workforce planning, budget management and resource use.
Oversee patient flow, bed management and system-wide capacity planning.
Build partnerships with families, commissioners and providers.
