Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Neuro Team Administrator to support CAMHS across community hubs in Greater Manchester. The role emphasizes supervisory duties, robust data handling, and efficient administration to back clinical work.

You will liaise with families, manage appointments, and ensure high-quality administrative support across the service, contributing to improved access and patient care.

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience required within a team-based environment.
• Strong administrative and data management skills.
• Ability to plan, schedule and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Allocate work to Admin staff on a daily basis.
• Plan and schedule activity for the service daily.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic diary and liaise with MDT.
• Liaise with Senior Managers and Clinical Leads on referrals and appointments.
• Type minutes, letters and non-clinical correspondence; file appropriately.
• Take and manage telephone messages and general enquiries.
• Supervise Administration staff within CAMHS as needed.
• Manage PARIS; oversee appointment bookings and client data.
• Provide weekly statistical data on referrals and times to address issues.
• Ensure stationery/budgets are managed and staff records on ESR are accurate.
