Job summary

HealthHarmonie seeks a CAMHS Pathway Coordinator to join the ADHD Assessment Service in Sutton Coldfield. You will be the main contact for patients, families, clinicians, GPs and schools, ensuring a structured journey from referral through assessment to ongoing care.

You will manage referrals, coordinate triage calls and appointments, obtain documentation, and provide administrative support in both in-person and virtual settings, while safeguarding patient data.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or patient-facing administrative role.
• Excellent communication with children, young people and families.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals via e-RS and email.
• Coordinate triage calls, Assessments A & B, and follow-up reviews.
• Obtain and monitor required documentation (IDs, consent forms).
• Provide admin and technical support during face-to-face and virtual consultations.
• Process, quality-check, and distribute clinical reports using EMIS and Hero Health.
• Support titration scheduling and continuing care pathways.
• Liaise with GPs, schools, and external professionals for shared care.
• Act as the first contact for patients and guardians with empathetic guidance.
• Escalate safeguarding or clinical concerns per policy and governance.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant patient records.
