Job summary

Specsavers in Ballymena area is seeking a Call Centre / Scheduling Assistant to help plan and coordinate Home Visits clinics. You will speak with customers by phone and keep administration running smoothly, ensuring teams are in the right place at the right times.

You’ll receive strong training and development, with opportunities to grow professionally while delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes. This role suits organized individuals with great customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous office or call centre experience.
• Excellent telephone-based customer service skills.
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly, confident and professional approach when speaking with customers.
• Optical experience would be advantageous, but isn’t essential

Do you want a role where you can make a real difference to people in their own homes?

As a Call Centre / Scheduling Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping bring essential hearing and eye care directly to the homes of people who need it most.

Based in our office just outside Ballymena in Cullybackey, you’ll be at the heart of our domiciliary team, helping to plan and coordinate clinics for our Home Visits team, speak with customers over the phone, answer queries and keep our day-to-day administration running smoothly.

You’ll be the scheduling expert behind the scenes, making sure our teams are in the right place at the right time so that our patients receive the care they need. And while you’re taking care of the organisation, we’ll make sure you have all the support, training and development you need to grow both professionally and personally.
