Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a CAFM System Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of a CAFM system across the Property function in Coventry. The role requires ensuring operational effectiveness, user adoption, and robust data and processes.

You will coordinate between Property, Technology, and external vendors, delivering the project on scope, time and quality with senior stakeholders guidance and a strong focus on governance and delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven CAFM system implementation leadership experience.
• Background in Facilities Management, Estates, or Property operations.
• Experience delivering complex transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience managing third-party suppliers and system vendors.
• Data migration, system integration and process design expertise.
• Knowledge of helpdesk, asset management, and maintenance processes.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile or similar methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the CAFM system across the Property function.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and process design to support operations.
• Manage third-party suppliers and system vendors to meet contractual requirements.
• Provide leadership across multiple workstreams to facilitate adoption of the CAFM system.
