Job summary

your Jared in City of London is seeking an Engineering Administrator to support a high-performing in-house engineering team in a landmark commercial environment. The role coordinates maintenance, contractor attendance and documentation on-site with a hybrid work pattern.

Responsibilities include managing the CAFM system, coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, procurement and health & safety admin, plus assisting with financial reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in engineering, facilities management or property admin.
• Experience using CAFM systems to manage planned maintenance and work orders.
• Strong MS Office skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience processing purchase orders, quotes and supplier queries.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desirable: experience in commercial property or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities and contractor attendance.
• Manage CAFM system for planned maintenance and work orders.
• Ensure asset and compliance records are maintained.
• Support procurement, purchase orders and financial reporting.
• Assist health & safety administration.
