CAFM Developer – Interim Automation & Integrations

Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced CAFM Developer for an interim contract in the UK. The role focuses on development and support across the CAFM platform to ensure continuity of service and stability of workflows as a permanent capability is established.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy CAFM workflows, with a focus on integrations and automation, while working across programme workstreams such as TFM, Guarding, and SCC. Strong problem-solving and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAFM workflows and automation.
• Ability to modify and support existing workflow automation solutions.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying code across environments.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts, system integrations and APIs, and SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot under time pressure and work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU continuity support, maintenance, and enhancements of CAFM workflows and automations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy CAFM workflows, triggers, and integrations across programmes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Test Managers, Technical Leads and Project Managers to refine requirements and track delivery.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure handover into BAU and CAFM capability teams.
